Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an incorrect address is provided and the order is delivered there, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

Lost or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package. We are not responsible for lost packages; please check that all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
